Paul Heyman on being the most interesting man at WWE WrestleMania 41: ‘The baddie in this love story’

WrestleMania 41 will be like no other Paul Heyman has been a part of.

The WWE Hall of Famer will pay off his storyline “favor” and real-life promise to CM Punk by leaving the side of the Wise Man’s “Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns to be in the corner of “The Best in the World” for his first WrestleMania main event on Saturday night at Allegiant Stadium (7 p.m., Peacock).

Punk was someone Heyman said he knew when he first met him “was put on this earth to change the business, disrupt the industry and main event WrestleMania” and “was gonna have to go through hell to get there.” He takes on Reigns and rival Seth Rollins, with Heyman’s loyalties in question in a story that started in November at Survivor Series.

Now that the moment has arrived, Heyman took time for some Q&A with The Post’s Joseph Staszewski.
