Julia Roberts’ fictional home in ‘Mystic Pizza’ has listed for sale

The on-screen home of Julia Roberts’ breakout role in the 1988 film “Mystic Pizza” hit the market last month $749,900 — but it’s already on its way out.

The residence has a pending offer, though the sale is accepting backups.

The Norwich Bulletin first reported the news.

Roberts, just 21 at the time, starred as the free-spirited Daisy Araújo in the coastal Connecticut coming-of-age flick. Three young Portuguese-American friends, including Daisy, live and find love in seaside Mystic, Connecticut and work together at the town’s eponymous pizza parlor.

Donald Petrie, known for “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” and “Miss Congeniality,” directed the film.

Daisy and her sister Kat, played by Annabeth Gish, lived with their struggling single mother in the classic cedar shingle home.

The actual property is located in Pawcatuck, which is about a 15-minute drive from the real-life village of Mystic and its real-life pizza shop

The waterfront dwelling spans 1,679 feet and includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a dock on the Pawcatuck River with easy access to several beaches.

The home, built in 1905 and steeped in local history, has been remodeled since its appearance in the beloved romantic indie film, but it has maintained its rustic New England charm.

The listing marks the property’s first entry onto the market in 15 years.

Compass Agent Ted O’Brien, who holds the listing, told The Post that it’s a “lovely property,” just minutes from the beachfront community of Westerly, Rhode Island.
