This night was sparkling, and the newly engaged Haley Cavinder will never let it go.
Hours after the former Miami Hurricanes guard, 24, revealed her engagement to Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson, a new video posted Friday on the TikTok page she operates with twin sister Hanna revealed how the sisterly duo celebrated the memorable moment.
In the clip, Hanna, 24, makes her way to Haley on the beach, where Ferguson, 26, popped the question in front of a stunning flower arch, and embraces her twin.
“My wombmate found her soulmate,” the text across the video read.
In a separate video, Hanna — who stirred breakup buzz with Hurricanes QB Carson Beck last month— showed off a basket of goodies she made up for the bride-to-be, including a personalized baseball T-shirt with a special meaning.
“We love baseball cover-up tees just to walk around in, and it has fiance and the number 101,” Hanna said. “Jake’s [Cowboys jersey] number is 87 and Haley’s basketball number was 14 and they always said 101 was their thing, so that’s why it says 101 on the back.”
Haley, one half of the social media sensation that makes up the Cavinder twins, announced her engagement Thursday, revealing her dazzling oval-cut ring in a TikTok with Ferguson.
Hanna and Ferguson marked one year of dating in September 2024.
She has attended numerous Cowboys games in support of Ferguson, who was selected out of Wisconsin in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft.
In his three seasons with the Cowboys, Ferguson has played in 47 games and has tallied 149 receptions for 1,429 yards and seven touchdowns.
News of Haley’s engagement comes weeks after she bid an emotional farewell to basketball, the sport she’s played for 18 years.
“It’s time to say goodbye to the game I’ve loved since I was six. Thank you for an amazing basketball career. Nothing will ever fill the void of you or the feeling of accomplishing my dream—playing the sport I love with my twin by my side. The places you took me, the relationships built, and the opportunities you gave me—I will forever be grateful,” she wrote in March on Instagram.
Haley and Hanna returned to Miami for the 2024-25 season after a year away.
They reached the Elite Eight with the Hurricanes in the 2023 NCAA Tournament.
