Rams legend Aaron Donald hounded by stalker who thinks they’re married and wants $6.5 million

Former Rams legend Aaron Donald secured a restraining order against a woman who he alleges has been harassing, stalking and threatening his family, and believes she’s married to the ex-NFLer, according to TMZ.

Donald alleges the woman, Jenelle Anwar, has bothered him since 2020 despite never meeting her, and he filed for the temporary restraining order Tuesday in Los Angeles County, per the report.

The 33-year-old Donald alleges that Anwar attempted to receive a dissolution of marriage against him in March, which included a $6.5 million “settlement” and $1,500 per month.

Donald only learned of the dissolution via the NFL security officer, according to The Athletic.

Anwar allegedly also has repeatedly sent Donald gifts, packages and messages, per TMZ, including threats against his 3-year-old son Aaric in a Google chat.

Donald and his wife, Erica, have two children together and he has two others from a previous relationship.

Donald reportedly described Anwar as “delusional” in his court filing and added, “I fear that [her] delusions will lead to her attempting to harm me, my wife, my children, and my brother.”

One of the messages and gifts Anwar allegedly sent Donald included a $5 Zelle payment with the message, “I love you,” attached.

Donald included an alleged screenshot of said message in his court filing.

The restraining order instructs Anwar to stay at least 100 yards away from Donald, his wife and his children, and she is not allowed to contact the ex-defensive tackle, harass him or have firearms, per TMZ.

Anwar is alleged to be in the 30-40 age range.

A hearing regarding a stronger restraining order is set for May 7, according to The Athletic.

Donald retired ahead of the 2024 season following an incredible 10-year career that included three Defensive Player of the Year honors and nine First-Team All-Pro accolades.

He won a Super Bowl with the Rams in 2022.
